10 Copies

If I had 10 copies of myself for a day that would be amazing. I would have them do various things for me. I would have one of my copies do my homework so that I would not have to. I would have my second copy go to school for me so I do not have to deal with anyone that day. My next copy would go to work for me so that I do not have to. The fourth copy of me would clean my room because I am too lazy to do it. Another one of my copies would babysit for me because I get very tired of doing it. I would make m 6th copy be my personal assistant and read and answer all my texts and calls so I do not have to. The seventh copy of me would help my fourth copy clean my room because cleaning my room is not a one man job. It will require a lot of work. My eighth, ninth, and tenth copies all take care of me. They would give me massages and paint my nails and feet. However, I would not make them cook for me because since they are copies of me and the original me cannot cook then chances are they will not be able to cook either. 

Texting and Driving Poem: She Was Only Eight

I had been driving for many years

so I never really had many fears.

Until one day something changed. 

Something crazy happened that made my life the way it is today. 

It was winter time so I was driving nice and slow.

There was so much ice and snow on the road. 

The road was just like an ice rink

where there is nothing but slippery ice on the brink. 

All of a sudden I got a text. 

So, I took my hands off the wheel 

for just a quick sec. 

A second was all it took 

and when that second was over I was shook. 

I hopped out my car and called 911. 

I thought to myself "Oh God, what have I done ?" 

I had hit a little girl who was no more than eight. 

A little girl who had just got out of school 

ready to start winter break. 

When the ambulance had arrived I thought to myself "Oh God. I just caused this little girl to die."

All because of me she is going to miss the most important holiday of the year.

All because of me her family is left in tears. 

She'd never get to come home, 

and now because of me her family is left alone. 

Now I am behind bars

for something that could have waited until I got out the car. 

Everyday the guilt eats at me, and I wish I could take it back. 

But now I am serving my time. 

This is what I deserve 

for causing that little girl to die. 

So please take this from me: 

No texting while you are in the car driving on the street. 

Or you could end up behind bars living with guilt everyday for something that could have waited until you had just got out the car. 

High School

High school is a time filled with good and bad. I watched a movie called Mac & Devin Go To High School, and in this movie Devin states that highschool is the best of times, and it is also the worst of times. I agree with him fully on this. This saying completely describes highschool. Highschool is a time for making memories and having fun, but it is also a time for you to realize that pretty soon you will be on your own so you better have as much fun as you can now while you are young so that you can get ready to be serious when it is time to. In highschool people make a lot of memories and meet new people who can impact their life in many ways. In highschool there is also a chance that you can meet people that stay in your life forever. You will have some good memories that you will look back on and smile about when you are older, but you will also have bad memories that will make you look back and ask yourself "Why did I do that ?". Highschool will help you find out who you really are inside, and show you how everyone else is too. You will find out who is real and who is not. You will have heartbreaks, drama, fights, and people who you thought would never switch up on you are going to show you their true colors. Just remember that no matter what you have to remember to make the best of your highschool years because you can never relive them again. Even when you make bad choices in highschool you will learn a good lesson from them, so never regret the choices you made. Highschool years are probably the most realist and important years of your life.

New Cell Policy

I am against this new no cellphone policy. It is not fair to the students who are actually good and do not cause any trouble. Just because one or two students were acting like little kids does not mean that everyone else's freedom should be taken away. As hard as we work to be in this school we should at least be able to have our cellphones in the hallways or restrooms. Before this rule was enforced we got very little freedom as is. This was the only type of freedom that we actually had. Now that this rule is being enforced the little freedom that we did have is being taken away. We get treated like prisoners. Most of us work hard to be here and succeed and most of us are far from bad students, so why should we be punished ? I am one of those people that like to listen to my music in the hallway. It is the only thing that keeps me from going crazy in this school. Due to this new policy I am unable to do that now, and I feel as if I am going to be angry all the time now. We are considered to be so "privileged" but the only good thing that comes out of being at this school is that we graduate with an AA degree. Other than that nothing is good about it. We have no type of freedom what so ever. We work a lot harder than regular high school students but yet we are treated 1000 times worse than what they are. I think that something definitely needs to be done about this rule because not all of us are using are cellphones for immature purposes or in negative ways. 

Forgive But Never Forget

If I was chosen to send an email to over a million people in the world I would send an email that would contain a life lesson. The life lesson that would be in my email would be to forgive but never forget. The email would read: 

Dear World, 

      Always remember to forgive but never forget. This is a motto everyone should live by. Forgiving is an important thing because holding grudges is never a good thing. Plus, holding grudges over someone instead of forgiving them does not solve anything. If anything it is just going to cause stress and for you to be bitter inside. That is why it is just better to forgive others and move on with your life. Even though forgiving is important, make sure to remember to never forget. You should not forget what happened between you and someone else because you do not want to repeat that same thing over again. Do not let yourself be put into the same situation twice. With all that being said this has been a life lesson from Mikayla Hudson.

Sharks in the Forest

I wake up unconscious wondering where I am. I wonder how I got here. It all seems to be a blur to me. I stand up, look around, and notice I am the only person around. I am all around. I am surrounded by trees. I realize that I am in a forest. My first instinct is to find a way out. I start to walk through the forest searching for an outlet, but just my luck I could not  find one. I continued to search for 30 minutes but still no luck. All of a sudden I see something fly past me. It moved way too quick for me to tell exactly what it was. I turned to the right and I see a swam of sharks. I am in shock. Sharks in the forest ? This does not make any sense. I run away in fear that I will be eaten. The sharks chase me trying to catch me. I tripped over a tree stump, and the sharks caught up to me. I laid on the ground in fear. I thought that this was the end of me, but to my surprise the sharks were friendly. One of them helped me up and tossed me on his back. I told him about how I got here and he told me that he would help me get revenge. We swam out the forest, found my teachers and classmates who put me there, and we attacked them.

Comforting Things

There are quite a few things that can comfort me when I need it. Music is one of them. Music comforts me no matter what. Artists that comfort me are August Alsina, Rich Homie Quan, Keyshia Cole, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Trey Songz,Usher, and many more. Music comforts me because it helps me forget about all my problems for a while and I can relate to some of the songs. Being around close friends helps me find comfort too. Close friends talk to me and find ways to distract me from my issues. When I need time to think and clear my head I either take a walk or take a shower. Walking comforts me because fresh air allows me to clear my head. Showers allow me to be alone and think about the things that I need to think about. Showers help me relax and calm down. I have a punching bag in my basement that I go and hit when I'm angry. It gives me comfort and cools me down.

I Am From

I am from a place where everyone is down to earth

a place where I have lived every since birth. 

This is a place where only certain people stay. 

This place is known as the Islands

Here in the Islands loyalty and respect are key

simply because this is a place where only the best of the best can be. 

This is a place full of love and no competition 

because all of us here know our position. 

We all have goals, and we play our roles. 

Living in the Islands feels like owning lots of gold.

like I said I've been here since birth.

Relationship Advice 101

Some relationship advice that I would give to people would be to be careful who you date. Do not date anyone who is childish, and not mature enough for a relationship because it will never work out. Relationships should be taken seriously, so if you date an immature person then they will just think that your whole relationship is a joke. Also, never date anyone that is broke or stingy with their money towards you. You should always be with someone that is making some type of money in some way, and they should be willing to spend some of it on you every now and then. Do not date anyone that you feel has the quality of perfidy. Boyfriends and girlfriends should both be loyal and trustworthy. That is one of the main keys to a successful relationship. Communication is also very important. Make sure that if you and your partner are having problems that you talk them out with eachother no matter how big or little the problem is. Every couple should strive to be a power couple. This means that you should be able to get through any type of situation that you encounter in your relationship. At the end of the day power couples stick together no matter how tough things get. A relationship is a two way street. Both people have to be willing to make it work. A relationship can never be one sided. It is extremely important that you keep your relationship business off of social media. It is okay to let people know that you are in a relationship with someone, but never let them know what goes on in your relationship. If you let people know what happens in your relationship then you will have people trying to tear your relationship apart. The best thing to do is to keep your relationship business lowkey. 

Life as a Piñata

I see a little girl and her mother walk into the party store searching for one of my kind. Searching for a piñata. As the girl gets closer and closer to the isle I begin to get nervous. Every piñata's worse fear is to be chosen. The girl reaches the isle and scans all of us for a good two minutes, and then she makes her choice. Just my luck she chooses me. After her and her mother purchase me they load me up in the car and take me back to their home. Once we arrive at the house the little girl runs off while her mother fills me with profuse amounts of candy. After I am filled with sweets and treats she ties me to a tree branch. I see 10 kids start to run towards me and one has a bat in their hand. I now know what comes next. I watch as the mother blind folds the child and I prepare myself for the pain I am about to endure. The child takes her first swing and from then on everything goes downhill for me. With each swing from every child my pain gets worst and worst. Finally after the last child hits me I crack open. All of the sweets and treats spill out on the floor, and my life as a piñata is over. 

Real Friends

Real friends should take care of each in various ways. One way real friends should take care of each other is by respecting each other. This means that you should not do something to your friend that you would not want them doing to you. Friends should also be there for each other through the good and the bad. A real friend is there for their friend when their friend is rising, and when their friend is falling. A real friend sees when you are wrong and chides you to try and get you back on the right track. Real friends are honest and loyalty to one another. They do not keep secrets from each other nor do they lie to each other. A real friend doesn't betray you in any type of way. You can count on your real friends to not talk about you behind your back or act fake around others. 

3 People For a Hot Beverage

If I could have any three people over for a hot beverage I would have Speaker Knockerz, Nicki Minaj, and August Alsina. Speaker Knockerz and I would discuss how famous he could have been if he would not have died. We would discuss all the music he had written before his death and how he had his whole life ahead of him still. I would discuss Nicki Minaj's music with her, and how she is the best female rapper out there right now. August Alsina and I would talk about how he shows great integrity through his songs, and I would let him know that his music inspires me. I would give Speaker Knockerz a mug that says "Flexing and Finessing" because that's the name of one of his songs. Nicki Minaj would get a mug that says "Harajuku Barbie" because that is the name of her most famous alter ego. "Downtown:Life Under" would be on August Alsina's mug because that is the name of his first album and the name of my favorite album by him.  

My Bucketlist

A bucket list is a list of things that a person wants to achieve before they die. The first thing on my bucket list would be to skydive. I think that skydiving would be a very fun and daring thing to do before I die. The chances of me actually ever going skydiving are very slim to none because I am way too scared to try it. I have a fear of heights, and I am also afraid that the parachute won't open on time. Bungee Jumping is also an item on my bucket list because I think that would be a very adventurous thing to do before my life is over. However, I highly doubt that this will happen because I am too scared to actually attempt it. I am very afraid that something will go wrong and I will end up dying sooner than I want to. A third item that is on my bucket list is to travel to the Bahamas. I've always wanted to visit the Bahamas, so maybe when I become an adult and save up money I will be able to go on a cruise there. Before I die I want to learn how to swim. This is the fourth item that is on my bucket list. If I take swimming lessons then this is something that I can actually accomplish. Rich Homie Quan is my favorite rapper, and August Alsina is my favorite singer therefore I would love to meet them before my life ends. That is the fifth, and final item on my bucket list. This item is the thing that I really want to happen the most. If Rich Homie Quan and August Alsina ever have a concert wherever I end up living for the rest of my life then I could get this to happen. If I met these two I would be able to die happily. 

Animal Rescue Choices

If there was a flood and I could only save 5 animals, one male and one female of each animal, I would choose to save the cheetah, the pig, the cow, the white tiger, and the horse. I would choose to save the cheetah because cheetah's are gorgeous animals and I love cheetah print. Cheetahs are also very fast animals so I think that it would be cool to watch cheetahs run in person. Another animal that I would save would be a pig. I would have the two pigs reproduce so that we could have meat in the world still. Pigs provide pork for us to eat, and meat is an important part of our diet. Pigs also make good disposable units because they will eat just about anything.  Cows are a third animal that I would save because cows are also a good source of meat and protein. Cows provide beef for us, and they are also good for making milk and cheese. Another animal that I would save would be a horse. Horses have great tenacity, and they are good for horse back riding and doing other fun things. The last animal that I would save would be a white tiger. White tigers are my favorite animals therefore I would have to keep them around.
